Enhance the head retention and head formation easily in your home-brewed beers. Ideal for extract brewers who don't have the resources to change mash temperatures and grain types. Big head powder is isolated from seaweed and will not impact beer flavour when dosage is followed.
Use 1 teaspoon to 5 gallons. Beat thoroughly in 1/4 cup cold water and allow to stand for 24 hours, beat again before adding to the brew. Add to the end of fermentation or in secondary/kegs for best results. Each sachet is sufficient to increase the head retention and formation on approximately 100 litres of beer.
