HGC 1400 700c Hybrid Gravel Disc Brake Rear Wheel 148 x 12mm

A superb upgrade for your E.gravel bike, the HGC's bring all the performance advantages of their analogue cousins in an intelligently reinforced package designed for years of regular E.gravel use.

In 2018 DT's original GRC changed the game as the first truly aerodynamically-optimised gravel wheel, now the original innovators at DT have raised the bar again. Available in 30 mm rim depth for an optimised mix of light weight, cross-wind stability and with a 24 mm inner width ideal for 35-47c tyres.

The bespoke, DT manufactured rims come finished out of the mold thanks to a new, patented manufacturing process that eliminates the need for a final coating, further reducing weight.

Originally designed for the extreme forces of full power E-MTB use the premium Ratchet EXP Oversized freehub system is DT's most durable and reinforced yet, perfect to long term E.bike use a steel Freehub body ensure easy cassette swaps down the line.

Custom, E-bike-specific Aero Comp Hybrid spokes for extended long-term durability when transferring the increased torque from an E.bike.

The rear comes ready for 12 x 148 mm thru axles, utilising the 'Road Boost' standard used by many E.gravel and E.road bikes.
