A foam tire insert system for tubeless 700c gravel and cyclocross tires from 33 to 46mm, the CushCore Gravel/CX Tire Inserts are built for gravel racers and rough-surface riders who want rim protection, sidewall support, and the ability to run lower pressures without burping the tire. Sold as a pair at roughly 240g total, with 15mm of insert thickness and a 37mm maximum width that fits inner rim widths from 19 to 26mm.
Each pair includes two 44mm CushCore Presta valves, a valve core tool, rim stickers, and installation instructions, so the kit is a complete tubeless conversion alongside sealant and tape. Sized for 700c x 33 to 46mm tires.
